From September 2023 Jim’s Plumbing is no longer being run by an independent licensee.
Same name, but now run by Jim’s Group
As at September 2023, Jim’s Plumbing is now operated and backed by Jim’s Group once again. We would like to apologise to any customers who had a bad experience with the independently run Jim’s Plumbing service prior to this date.
The difference is now that we are franchising in the normal Jim’s sense. This means we get a lead, we send a franchisee out there, he gives a fixed price quote, and if the client isn’t happy with the quote, it doesn’t cost them a cent.

No longer run by an independent licensee
Up until August 2023, the Jim’s Plumbing name was being licensed to a large independent plumbing company which employed many staff. This was a completely separate entity to the national Jim’s Group and operated independently using employees, not franchisees.
Unfortunately it came to our attention that the licensee was not conducting business in a way which was representative of what Jim’s stands for. Ultimately we had to cancel the licensing agreement and take Jim’s Plumbing back home where it belongs.

We wish to sincerely apologise to anyone who had a bad experience with Jim’s Plumbing prior to August 2023. We’ve made a lot of changes and it is our mission to earn your trust back by providing quality plumbing at quality prices.
If you were a previous customer of Jim’s Plumbing prior to August 2023, and have a copy of your invoice, we will give you a discount on your next job with us. The amount will vary between jobs, however we will make sure your local franchisee looks after you.

It has been a large job bringing Jim’s Plumbing back home. This is especially so for all the social media accounts, business pages and customer review platforms created by the previous licensee. We would like to ask for your understanding and patience when it comes to what has been published on these, as we endeavour to create our own new accounts and have the old ones closed down.
