Had Rhys attend my blocked drain on a Saturday. Used another company earlier in the week, who plunged the drain and said it was fixed, with no explanation of what the issue was. Tried calling them back on the Saturday with no answer or return calls. Jims Plumbing Chermside had Rhys at my door with in 1 hour of booking. What great service. He had all the equipment required, and discovered there were tree roots in the drain using the CCTV drain camera. I also noted the van was neat and tidy. Reasonable pricing compared to the other company who plunged the drain! I cannot fault the tradesman and highly recommend to friends and family.
